TWO FACE PEOPLE
HOW TO WIN WITH TWO FACE PEOPLE ?
Do you know about two face people , yes or no whatever lets know
There are several way to know people i.e. friends ,employee,teacher,boss but we all are not successful the reason behind is to facing two facepeople everyday of our life.
So the questions is how to overcome from this failure...
1. To understand the true feelings of your people i.e. describe above. So how to know true feelings the way to know true feeling is
A. To spend more time with that people
B. To share your gut feeling about subject matter.
C. To give them the proof of your honesty i.e. I will not harm you in any situation.
D. To listen their word and then think why he or she telling this .
E. To give positive answer even if they will putting you in bad situation .
F. From above E. You will first fail to give your best but after he or she will realize you are right person for me.
D. Do not argument for their judgment just put your self in win-win situations they will definitely understand you are not wrong and you will be not harm by TWO FACE PEOPLE.
From above way I think you will be convert two face people into one face i.e. what you really want from them

Nice post, I have to say that from my life experience I've learned that it is more constructive and useful for the self growth to ignore two face people because they can't be honest, as soon as possible they will betray the faith you put in them.
